Every item is prepared with practical everyday use in mind. We focus on clear condition grading, careful cleaning, functional checks, correct accessories where applicable, and secure dispatch.

Our preparation process

Before an item is listed or dispatched, we check the product carefully against its intended use. This may include visual inspection, cleaning, port checks, power connection checks, accessory matching and final quality control.

For electronic items, serial numbers are recorded before dispatch. This helps protect both the buyer and the business by ensuring returned items can be matched to the original unit supplied.

Docking stations

Docking stations are checked for practical workspace use. Depending on the model, this may include USB ports, USB-C connection, display outputs, Ethernet, power input and power delivery where supported.

Where a dock requires a power adapter or host cable, we aim to supply the correct compatible accessory clearly stated in the listing.

Laptop chargers and power adapters

Power adapters are checked for physical condition, connector condition and suitability for the stated device type or power rating.

Correct wattage matters. A charger that looks similar may not always be suitable, so our listings aim to make the power rating and connector type clear.

Condition and transparency

We describe condition clearly and avoid hiding important details. Refurbished items may show signs of previous use, but they should be clean, functional and accurately represented.

If an item has a notable cosmetic mark or limitation, this should be reflected in the listing description or photographs.
